I am here to help work through releasing this and any blocked energy or trauma within you to help you come back to yourself in an empowered way.
Our sexual energy is more powerful than we can imagine, it creates life and it moves through our whole being and activates our creativity, our feeling of connection and freedom. When our sexual energy is valued and when we connect to our own sexual energy in a sacred way and realise its power, we shift our life and our understanding of who we are and what we are capable of.
Our bodies have been desensitized in many ways. Sex is one of them, through education, porn, trauma and simply not being shown the way. We only tap into a slither of what our bodies can experience through touch, breath and sex. What does the session entail?
I will work my way around your whole body, tuning into your energy and your tension and feeling for what is true in the moment. If it is numbness, or a full body arousal i will let your body be the guide. Using techniques such as edging and breathwork to build up the energy through your whole body, creating space for all feelings, from euphoria and bliss to sadness and grief... until the final release where you can choose to let it all go or keep this energy stored within…
This build up of energy can intensify your orgasm and can help release trapped energy and trauma stored within the body.
These techniques also help you tune in and be in control of your sexual energy, forming a relationship to this side of you will ripple out into the rest of your life.
The breathwork and full bodied orgasms can lead to full body shakes, tingles, crying, tension then a big release, feelings of floating, dream like states, the release of small amounts of DMT in the brain causing spiritual and eye opening experiences and feelings of bliss.
